Our Manchester poster print is a take on the quote “What Manchester does today, the rest of the world does tomorrow.” These words spoken by Disraeli, were spoken at a time when Manchester was at the heart of the Industrial Revolution. The city was building new developing innovative transport infrastructures. Our poster design incorporates the Manchester worker bee - one of the best-known symbols of Manchester and an emblem for the city for over 150 years. The bee denotes Mancunians' hard work ethic and the city being a hive of activity.
