How do I register for an account?

Please contact jacob@thenorthernline.co.uk with your business name and address, and website if you have one 

Once you are a registered user with an account you will be able to login to see prices and place you order

How do I pay for my order?

Online orders can be paid for by all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express and Paypal), or get in touch with us for our account details to send a BACs payment.

Can I add to, or change items on my order once it's been placed?

Once you have received an order confirmation from us, your order will have been inputted into our back office system and can no longer be amended through the website.  If you do wish to amend your order please contact us, and as long as your order hasn't been sent for packing we can update your order for you. Please note: we cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed as it may be already processed. 

Do you offer credit accounts?

If you are a UK customer, you can apply for a 30-day credit account once you have placed 2 pro-forma orders with us. 

If you are a non UK customer, you can apply for a 30-day credit account once you have a minimum 6 months of order history.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Please contact us on 01229 480761 and speak to a team member who will be able to help you. Alternatively please email shop@thenorthernline.co.uk

I have received my order but something is missing or damaged. What should I do?

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies. If you have a missing item please email shop@thenorthernline.co.uk or call 01229 480761

If you have a damaged item, please send a photo of the damage to shop@thenorthernline.co.uk so that we can issue a replacement or credit to you.

Do you charge for delivery?

UK delivery is free on orders over £400. Orders under this amount will incur a charge of £12.

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

We aim to despatch orders within 5-7 days of receipt. At busy times this lead time may be longer, but we will advise you of expected delivery times. If you have an urgent order, please contact us to see if we can ship more quickly to you.
